Deed made this l3 day of September, 2012, between Shelly W. Lancaster, f /n/a Shelly W.
Jensen, Personal Representative of the Estate of Alan R. Jensen, deceased (the "Estate herein
referred to as Personal Representative, and Timothy Alan Allred, of 10609 Hwy. 238, Afton, WY
83110, herein referred to as Grantee.
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of August, 2012, the Personal Representative herein filed the
Petition for Authority to Sell Real Estate and Report of Private Sale of Real Estate; and
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of September, 2012, the Third Judicial District Court of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, entered its Order Authorizing Sale of Real Estate and
Approving Private Sale of Real Estate (the "Order authorizing a conveyance of the decedent's
interest in certain real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to be executed to the Grantee, a
copy of which Decree is hereby referred to and made a part hereof
NOW, THEREFORE, the Personal Representative, pursuant to the Order, hereby conveys to
Grantee, all of the interest of the Estate, in and to that certain real property more particularly
described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
That part of Lot 1 of Block 18 of the Original Townsite of Afton, within the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter (NE'/SW' of Section 25, Township 32
North, Range 119 West, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 188 of Photostatic Records on page 249, described as
follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the east line of Lot 1 of said Block 18, South 14 °47.1'
West, 222.45 feet from an I.L.C. RLS274 mueller water cap with brass hexagon bolt
at the approximate intersection of the center -lines of Third Avenue and Washington
Street; thence South 01°07.0' West, 165.00 feet along the east line of said Lot 1 to the
Southeast point of said Lot 1; thence North 88 °08.1' West, 80.00 feet along the south
line of said Lot 1 identical with the north line of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 67 of Photostatic Records on page 485 to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing North 88 °08.1' West, 250.00 feet along said identical line and the north
lines of those tract of records in said Office in Book 151 of Photostatic Records on
page 441 and Book 107 of Photostatic Records on page 434, to a point; thence North
01 °07.0' East, 165.00 feet; thence South 88 °08.1' East, 250.00 feet; thence South
01 °07.0' West, 165 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
PARCEL 2:
Part of Lot Four (4) Block Eighteen (18), Afton Town Survey described as follows:
Beginning 4 rods East and 236 feet North from the Southwest Corner of said Lot 4
and running thence East 8 rods, thence North 94 feet, thence West 8 rods, thence
South 94 feet to the point of beginning.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all the above granted property, and every part thereof, to Grantee
forever.
