PAMELA JILL PRICE, Grantor, of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases and forever
quits claim unto BILLY RAY PRICE, JR., Grantee, of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming the following described real estate situated in Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights Under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Physically located at 1124 4'' West Avenue, Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and legally described to wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 3 of the Lincoln Heights 3' Subdivision to
the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Lot 4 and thence
N90 °00'00 "W, along the lot Iine between Lot 4 and Lot 5 of said
Block 3, 48.76 feet; thence S75 °06'54 "E, 47.74 feet to the angle
point on the rear lot line of said Lot 4; thence N12 °03'30 "E,
12.52 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
Also,
All of Lot 5 of Block 3 of Lincoln Heights 3 Subdivision to the
City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed
recorded January 7, 1980 in Boolc 162PR on page 661 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk
Together will all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemptions law of the State of Wyoming.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record, in sight, or in use.
