grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
Larry J. Durk and Janie S. Durk as Joint Tenants with Full rights of survivorship
grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 205, Thayne, WY 83127 the following described
real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
