referred to as "Grantor," for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Convey and Quitclaim unto Long Run,
LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, of PO Box 8874, Jackson, Wyoming, 83002,
"Grantee," all of Grantor's undivided fifty percent (50 interest in the following described real
property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
UNIT 3 OF MOOSE RUN CONDOMINIUMS. LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING,
ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN
COUNTY CLERK ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2004 AT PLAT NO. 361 -B, AND FURTHER
DEFINED AND DESCRIBED IN THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION FOR SAID
PROPERTY RECORDED IN BOOK 567 P.R., PAGE 752.
Also known by street and number as: 28 Larkspur Drive #3, Alpine WY 83128
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
