GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Mark A. Stroud, as sole owner,
GRANTEE, whose address is c/o Michael Stroud, 1606 Elk Street, Kemmerer,
WY 83101, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
A portion of the Lot Numbered Ten (10) of the Block Numbered Sixty (60) of the
Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Starting from the Northwest corner of Block 61, Second Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Wyoming, and going N63 °26'E and paralleling Opal Street, a
distance of 160.00 feet, thence N26 °34'W and paralleling Pine Avenue 60.00
feet, to the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 60, thence N63 °26'E and paralleling
Opal Street a distance of 54 feet to the point of beginning, thence N63 °26'E
46.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 10, thence N26 °34'W and paralleling
Pine Avenue a distance of 101.40 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 10, thence
West and paralleling the alley -way 51.43 feet, thence S26 °34'E and paralleling
Pine Avenue a distance of 124.40 feet to the point of beginning
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or
record.
