Know all by these presents: That First Interstate Bank holds mortgages on the lands shown on
Plat Instrument number ?6'6fasfiled in Lincoln County, to be known as Cedar Springs
Meadows Planned Unit Development Plat; those mortgages being more specifically described as
Receiving Nos. 919982, 928011, and 941108 as recorded in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming together with all amendments and modifications, if applicable; said lands
being located in the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 1, T. 34 N., R. 119 W. of the 6 P.M.,
Lincoln County Wyoming; being more particularly described on the Plat Instrument number
16696 on page 2 of 2 under "Boundary Description" filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming; and that the development of which, as it appears on said plat is hereby
approved and confirmed, and all mortgages or other security instruments, referenced directly in
this Certificate of Mortgagee or, if omitted in said Certificate yet are currently filed in the Office
of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, remain in full force and effect. This Certificate of
Mortgagee does not constitute a release or satisfaction of any mortgage of any kind.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, First Interstate Bank, has caused its name to be signed hereto by its
proper officers, pursuant to due authority given, this 20th day of September, 2012.
