KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that David E. Collings, Grantor, of Afton,
Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to Billie Kilroy and April Brown, as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 768, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate,
situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lots 1 and 2 of Lincoln Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on January 25, 1983 as
instrument No. 590689 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other things
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions now
of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
