PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS DEED is made by GENE LOUISE GRANT, Personal Representative of the
Estate of Gertrude T. Brown, deceased, Grantor, to the Restated Gertrude T. Brown
Living Trust dated August 24, 1995 by and through the serving Trustee, Gene Louise
Grant, 71.27 Woodrow Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525, Grantee.
WITNES SETH:
WHEREAS, the Fifth Judicial District Court for the State of Wyoming, County of
Big Horn admitted for probate the Last Will and Testament of Gertrude T. Brown on
June 18 2012 as Probate No. 05708; and
WHEREAS, the Fifth Judicial District Court for the State of Wyoming, County of
Big Horn did accept the appointment of GENE LOUISE GRANT as the Personal
Representative of the Estate of Gertrude T. Brown.
NOW THEREFORE, the said Grantor, GENE LOUISE GRANT, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of Gertrude T. Brown, deceased, in consideration of the
premises and the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration in hand paid by the
Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee,
Restated Gertrude T. Brown Living Trust dated August 24, 1995 by and through the
serving Trustee, Gene Louise Grant, 7127 Woodrow Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525,
Grantee, all right, title and interest of the estate of the said Gertrude T. Brown, deceased,

to all the real property interests of the estate including all minerals and royalty interests
located in Big Horn, Weston and Lincoln Counties, all in Wyoming, being more
particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the above described premises unto
the said Grantee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GENE LOUISE GRANT has executed this Deed as
the duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of Gertrude
