WITNES SETH: WHEREAS, the Fifth Judicial District Court for the State of Wyoming, County of Big Horn admitted for probate the Last Will and Testament of Gertrude T. Brown on June 18 2012 as Probate No. 05708; and WHEREAS, the Fifth Judicial District Court for the State of Wyoming, County of Big Horn did accept the appointment of GENE LOUISE GRANT as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Gertrude T. Brown. NOW THEREFORE, the said Grantor, GENE LOUISE GRANT, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Gertrude T. Brown, deceased, in consideration of the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, Restated Gertrude T. Brown Living Trust dated August 24, 1995 by and through the serving Trustee, Gene Louise Grant, 7127 Woodrow Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525, Grantee, all right, title and interest of the estate of the said Gertrude T.
