WARRANTY DEED
Carol Mae Carroll, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to Richard Carroll, a single person, GRANTEE, whose
address is: 1510 Canyon Road, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 1 of Block 1 of the Seventh Avenue Addition to the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and/or record.
