BEGINNING at a spike on the Centerline of Bitter Creek County Road No. 12 -140, North 66 °17'07" East,
349.38 feet, from the Southwest comer of the S'ANW SW V, identical with the beginning of a circular curve to
the Left, having a Radius Bearing South 66 °58'24" West; Thence Northwesterly, 37125 feet, along the arc of
said curve, having a Central Angle of 01°50'16", and a Radius of 11,574.30 feet, with a Chord Bearing North
23 °56'44" West, 371.24 feet, to a spike on said centerline; Thence North 24 °51'52" West, 15.44 feet, along said
centerline, to a spike; Thence North 61°54'18" East, 232.38 feet, along the Southerly line of a sixty (60) foot

66 °17'07" East, 349.38 feet, from the Southwest comer of said S14NW''ASW identical with the beginning of a
circular curve to the left, having a radius bearing South 66 °58'24" West; thence Northwesterly, 346.52 feet
along the arc of said curve, having a central angle of Ol °42'55 and a radius of 11,574.30, with a chord bearing
North 23 °53'04" West, 346.51 feet, to a spike on said centerline; thence North 72 °46'53" Fast, 186.38 feet, to a
point; thence South 21 °01'57" East, 397.25 feet, to a point on an existing fence line; thence South 89 °36'39"
West, 180.31 feet, to the spike of beginning; the base bearing for this survey is the West line of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 14, Township 31 North, Range 119 West, begin North 00 °41'34" East that is the intent of
