to them in hand paid by
Mel Hollabaugh and Betty Hollabaugh
whose address is P.O. Box 1266, Douglas, WY 82633
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
MEL HOLLABAUGH AND BETTY HOLLABAUGH,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to -wit:
Lot 70 of Commissary Ranch Subdivision Unit C -2, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
This Deed is an absolute conveyance of any interest the grantor may have or hereafter acquire
in the land by virtue of and in full satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Agreement for
Sale of Real Estate executed by Mel Hollabaugh and Betty Hollabaugh as Seller and Patrick C.
Martinez and Chris L. Martinez as Buyer, dated and recorded in Book 4 1 Page (01 a
Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Mel Hollabaugh and Betty Hollabaugh
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
