Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Lynda Owens Petty, Trustee of the
Lynda Owens Petty Revocable Trust Agreement, dated December 15, 2008 and any
amendments thereto, GRANTEE, whose address is 311 Branson Mill Road, Randleman,
North Carolina 27317, the following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
The North half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
(N /2SW /4NW /4) of Section 25, Township 36 North, Range 119 West of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
