of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Russell B. Gardner, hereinafter called the grantor, hereby grants to
the TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING, 5300 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82009-
3340, its assigns or successors, hereinallcr called the grantee, the right to lay out, construct, inspect, maintain and
operate drainage facilities, and the right to discharge drainage and flood waters for the benefit of the public, being over,
across and upon the following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Parcel No. 26A
A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 3 Castle Rock Addition to the Town of Afton, situate in the SE'/SE,
Sec. 36, T32N, RI 19W, of the 6th P.M.. Lincoln County. Wyoming, being described by metes and bounds as follows;
C'omnncncing at the southwest corner of said Section 31. said corner being monumented with a 3" brass Cap
PLS 164, from which the Ets corner of Section 36 -1, T31 -32N, RI 19W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming hears
N. 89° 47' 18.3" W. a distance of 1,322.60 feet, said corner being montunented with 3" brass Cap PELS 3514;
thence N. 15° 37 19.8" W. a distance of 356.84 feet to a point on the proposed westerly right -of -way line of
highway US 89 said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence N. 0° 05' 57.1" W. along the proposed westerly right -of -way line of said highway a distance of
50.00 feet:
thence S. 89° 54' 02.9" W. a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence S. 0° 05' 57.1" E. a distance of 50.00 feet;
thence N. 89° 54' 02.9" E. a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel of land contains 500 square feet. more or less.
The basis of bearing being the southerly boundary of the SEVISEVI of said Section 36, it being N. 89° 47' 18.3" W.
Grantor will not use or permit to be used said land for any purpose which will inhibit use by the grantee for
construction, operation and maintenance of said drainage facilities.
Grantor grants the right of ingress and egress to and from the said land for any and all purposes necessary and
incident to the exercise by the grantee, of the rights granted by this conveyance.
The grant herein contained is an casement and shall be perpetual so long as said land is used for the
aforementioned purposes.
