Gardner, hereinafter called the grantor, hereby conveys and wan to the TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION OF WYOMING, 5300 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82009 -3340, its assigns or successors herein called the grantee, the following described lands located in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming. to -wit: Parcel Nu. 26 A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 3 of Castle Rock Addition to the Town of Afton, situate in the SE' /.SSE, Sec. 36, T.32N., R.119W., of the 6th P.M., Lincoln county, Wyoming, being described by metes and bounds as lbl lows; Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 36, said corner being monumented with a 3" brass cap PLS 164, from which the Et6 corner of Section 36 -1. T.31 -32N., R.1 I 9W.. 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming bears N. 89° 47' 18.3" W. a distance of 1,322.60 t'eet, said corner being monumental with 3" brass cap PELS 3514: thence N. 69° 23' 59.8" W. a distance of 85.85 feet to the point of intersection of the existing northerly right- of-way boundary of Papworth lane and the existing westerly right -of -way boundary of highway US 89 being monumented by a 2 inch Aluminum cap PLS 5368, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 0° 06' 33.4" W. along the existing westerly right -of -way boundary of said highway a distance of 513.48 feet; thence S. 89° 54' 02.9" W. a distance of 15.10 feet; thence S 0° 05' 57.1" E. a distance of 513.20 feet to a point on said northerly right-of-way boundary of Papworth lane; thence S. 89° 47' 18.3" E. along the said northerly right -of -way boundary a distance of 15.19 feet to the point of beginning.
