consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Jessup W. Weichelt and Liana R.
Weichelt, husband and wife, GRANTEES, whose address is: 1324 4
West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 1 of Block 3 of Lincoln Heights 3rd Subdivision of the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed April 1, 1975 as
instrument No. 465282 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, together
with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and /or record.
