Bateman and Becky Dannett Bateman, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Major Mortgage its sucessors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated October 7, 2003 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 14, 2003, at Reception No. 894431 in Book 538 at Page 479. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: 002 0 Assignee: CitiMortgage, Inc. Assignment dated: June 23, 2011 Assignment recorded: July 5, 2011 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 959950 in Book 768 at Page 870 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of CitiMortgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on August 16, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, CitiMortgage, Inc. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $169,883.96, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 16, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 16, 2011, at Reception No. 960579 in Book 771 at Page 248.
