County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Allen A. Budge, Trustee of the Allen A. Budge
Revocable Trust dated March 4, 1996, and Sharlene Budge, Trustee of the Sharlene
Budge Revocable Trust dated March 4, 1996, as tenants in common, GRANTEES, whose
address is Post Office Box 4138, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, the following described real
estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 63 of Stewart Country Club Estates, Phase II, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on May 10, 2005 as
Instrument No. 908281 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk
PIDN
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of record.
This Corrective Warranty Deed is made to reflect the correct names of the trusts
of the Grantees as set forth in that Warranty Deed recorded August 2, 2011 in the Office
of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 770, page 355.
