Unpaid Indebtedness: $855.38 This amount includes $839.38 in unpaid indebtedness for HOA dues, mowing fees, and weed spraying fees plus interest that has accrued for non payment. It also includes the $8.00 filing fee paid at the time of filing this lien and the $8.00 fee that will be paid upon filing a release of lien.
