Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Ridge Estates Homeowners
Association, as contained in instruments of record with the Lincoln County Clerk in Book
553 of Photo, page 54, receiving number 898829, that there exists a lien for assessments
and interest on the following described real property located within Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
Lot 24 of Meadow Ridge Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that
plat filed April 28, 2004 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No.
237 -B.
Unpaid Indebtedness: $898.79
This amount includes $882.79 in unpaid indebtedness for HOA dues, mowing fees,
and weed spraying fees plus interest that has accrued for non payment. It also
includes the $8.00 filing fee paid at the time of filing this lien and the $8.00 fee that
will be paid upon filing a release of lien.
