does hereby certify that a certain Deed of Trust bearing the date of March 4, 2012, made and executed by
SIVIL INVESTMENTS, as Grantors, to MICHAEL ALLEN of Sanderson Law Office, Trustee,
conveying certain real property, described in attachment "Exhibit A" hereto and also attached to said
Deed of Trust, to be held in trust as security for the payment of seventeen thousand, five- hundred dollars
($17,500.00) owed by Grantor to Trustee /Sanderson Law Office, which Deed of Trust was recorded in
the office of the Lincoln County Clerk of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 18"' day of March
2011, in Book 764, at Page 160, receiving number 958535, has been released.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the aforementioned debt is hereby released and the trusteeship
terminated.
