and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Allan S. Levy and Lynne R. Levy, husband and wife as
tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is 903 Impala, San Antonio, Texas
78258 -3304, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 6, Cedar Springs Meadows a Planned Unit Development Division No.
1, as shown on the Official Plat thereof filed on September 21, 2012 in the
Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Receiving No. 966962.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of record.
