Wogerman, as sole Trustee of the Obed L. and Theresa A. Wogerman Family Trust dated May 20, 1999, grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, CONVEY and WARRANT to Edmond Ray Beasley and Frances Beasley, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 382 North 400 West, American Fork, UT 84003, grantees, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit: A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 442 PR, page 337, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 5, T32N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Spike marking the Marlow A. Scherbel PE /LS 5368 1991 location for the Southwest Corner of said SW1 /4NW1/4; thence N0 °32'34 "E, along the West line of said SW1 /4NW1/4, 665.00 feet; thence N81 °26'30 "E, 614.52 feet; thence South 761.81 feet to a point in the South Line of said SW1 /4NW1/4; thence N89 °29'50 "W along said South line 614.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.000 acres of land. SUBJECT TO that portion of a 30 foot right -of -way easement for the Auburn Tygee County Road 12 -134 as referred to in the Right -of -Way Easement recorded in Book 197 PR, page 339 of said office. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations, Restrictions, Rights, Rights -of -Way and Improvements of sight and or record. THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORRECTION WARRANTY DEED IS TO CORRECT THE NAMES OF THE GRANTEES AND THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION IN THAT CERTAIN WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN 1 00485 COUNTY CLERK ON JANUARY 21, 2002, IN BOOK 481 PR, PAGE 646, RECEIVING NO. 878667. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has duly executed this warranty deed as of the 18th day of October, 2012. Wogerman to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon his oath, did say that he is the sole trustee of the Obed L. and Theresa A. Wogerman Family Trust dated May 20, 1999, Theresa A. Wogerman being deceased, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
