Petersen and Raylene S. Petersen, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 2202 North 1300 West, Clinton, UT 84015, grantees, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit: A portion of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 442 PR, page 337, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SW1 /4NW1/4 of Section 5, T32N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Spike marking the Marlow A. Scherbel PE /LS 5368 1991 location for the Southwest Corner of said SW1 /4NW1/4; thence N0 °32'34 "E, along the West line of said SW1 /4NW1/4, 665.00 feet; thence N81 °26'30 "E, 614.52 feet; thence South 761.81 feet to a point in the South Line of said SW1 /4NW1/4; thence N89 °29'50 "W along said South line 614.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.000 acres of land. SUBJECT TO that portion of a 30 foot right -of -way easement for the Auburn Tygee County Road 12 -134 as referred to in the Right -of -Way Easement recorded in Book 197 PR, page 339 of said office. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations, Restrictions, Rights, Rights -of -Way and Improvements of sight and or record.
