DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANTS
MELVIN SHOELL AND ANGIE SHOELL
THIS MATTER having come before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment
against Defendants Melvin Shoell and Angie Shoell, the Court having reviewed the Motion, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds as follows:
1. Defendants Melvin Shoell and Angie Shoell have been properly served with the
Summons and Complaint by Publication with the last date of Publication being more than thirty
(30) days prior to the date hereof.
2. Defendants failed to file an answer to the Complaint or otherwise plead as
provided by the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure.
3. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter before it in this
proceeding.
4. Pursuant to Rule 55 of the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure, there is no just
reason for delay in entry of judgment against Defendants Melvin Shoell and Angie Shoell.

5. Entry of Default was entered against Defendants Melvin Shoell and Angie Shoell
on July 26, 2012.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the default of Defendants, MELVIN SHOELL and ANGIE SHOELL as
entered on July 26, 2012 is hereby confirmed;
2. That the mortgage executed by Melvin Shoell and Angie Shoell on November 25,
2006 is a valid first and superior lien on the subject property herein located at 83130 US
Highway 89, Afton, Wyoming 83110.
3. That the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming shall record a
copy of the Mortgage executed by Melvin Shoell and Angie Shoell on November 25, 2006
regarding the property located at 83180 US Highway 89, Afton, Wyoming 83110 as if said
Mortgage were an original document.
