Whereas, Dawn R. Balben as party of the first part, has executed a mortgage to
State Farm Bank, FSB. recorded on the 29th day of September, 2006, recorded in Recorder's
Office of Lincoln County, Wyoming, Entry No. 922920 Book 635 Page 330, as security for an
indebtedness of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) as evidenced by a note dated September
12th 2006, said mortgage encumbers the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
And Whereas, the party of the first part has on the f (o 2012, executed a
mortgage in the amount of up to One Hundred Fifteen Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars
($115,500) in favor of First Interstate Bank, said mortgage recorded b,� tssm zz
2012 as Document 941 K5 4 Bo,* 4%i p S«, said mortgage on the real estate described
above.
Now Therefore, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, State Farm Bank, FSB. does by these presents
subordinate it's interest by virtue of the mortgage recorded as Entry No. 922920 Book 635 Page
330, of Lincoln County, Wyoming Recorders, to the lien of the mortgage executed by party of
the first part on o,:roAcir- ZZ 2012 and recorded as Document
#14,4454 �4c, P skin favor of First Interstate Bank. State Farm Bank, FSB, agrees
that its interest under its mortgage as described above shall be subject and inferior to the new lien
of the mortgage of the party of the first part to First Interstate Bank as described above.
