ASSIGNMENT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTEREST
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Wells Fargo Bank, N. A. as Conservator of the Estate of Lawrence J. Bradshaw,
whose address is P. 0. Box 5383, Denver, Colorado, 80217, as Assignor, does hereby
transfer, convey, set over and assign unto Wells Fargo Bank, N. A., as Trustee of the
Lawrence J. Bradshaw Special Needs Trust, P. 0. Box 5383, Denver, Colorado 80217, all
of Assignor's overriding royalty interest in and to all oil, gas, casinghead gas and other
hydrocarbon substances that are produced, saved and marketed from the following
described oil and gas leases covering lands located in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, more particularly described to -wit:
Township 23 North, Range 112 West, 6 P. M.
Section 19: SE1 /4
Section 30: N1/2NE1/4
Federal Lease Serial Number W- 0321442
To have and to hold all and singular, the above described interest subject to all
agreement, conditions, restrictions and reservations of record; this conveyance being
made without warranty or other assurances, express or implied. This assignment is
subject to all taxes, assessments and liens thereon and to all legal encumbrances
existing as of the date hereof.
WHEREAS, this Assignment of Overriding Royalty Interest is executed this the 5 day of
October, 2012.
