Bettine Lincoln Wyoming of the County of State of hereinafter referred to as "Grantee The mailing address of the Grantee is: 320 Pine Ave. Kemmerer, WY 83101 WITNESSETH, that the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration paid to the Grantor, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents GRANT, BARGAIN AND SELL, CONVEY AND CONFIRM unto the Grantee, the following described lots, tracts or parcels of land lying, being and situated in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to -wit: All of Lot 4 and all of Lot 3 of Block 23 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, excepting that portion of said Lot 3 described as follows: less and except, the land described in Warranty Deed recorded July 9, 1979 in Book 157PR on Page 545 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Subject to easements, conditions, restrictions and limitations of record. To have and to hold the same; together with all rights and appurtenances to the same belonging, unto the said Grantees, and to His /Her successors and assigns. The said Grantor hereby covenanting that it and the successors and assigns of such Grantor shall and will WARRANT AND DEFEND the title to the premises unto the said Grantees, and to the successors and assigns of such Grantee forever, against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantor but none other, excepting, however, the general taxes for the calendar year 2012 and thereafter and special taxes becoming a lien after the date of this deed. Grantee herein shall be prohibited from conveying captioned property to a bonafide purchaser for value for a sales price of greater than $19,800.00 for a period of 3 month(s) from the date of this deed. Grantee shall also be prohibited from encumbering subject property with a security interest in the principal amount of greater than $19,800.00 for a period of 3 month(s) from the date of this deed. These restrictions shall run with the land and are not personal to the grantee. This restriction shall terminate immediately upon conveyance at any foreclosure sale related to the mortgage or deed of trust.
