The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Federal National Mortgage Association Assignment dated: April 16, 2012 Assignment recorded: April 30, 2012 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 964338 in Book 785 at Page 388 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Federal National Mortgage Association, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on June 19, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Federal National Mortgage Association "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $188,932.40, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on June 19, 2012 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 19, 2012, at Reception No. 965188 in Book 788 at Page 37. WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is International Plaza II, 14221 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 1000, Dallas, TX 752542916, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: ShDeed UNIT 2 OF MOOSE RUN CONDOMINIUMS, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ACCORDING TO THAT PLAT RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2004 AS PLAT NO. 361 -B, AND FURTHER DEFINED AND DESCRIBED IN THE Sheriff's Deed Schulze 12 -04255 Page 1 of 2 My Commission Expires: ShDeed CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION FOR SAID PROPERTY RECORDED IN BOOK 567 P.R., PAGE 752 with an address of 28 Larkspur Drive #2, Alpine, WY 83128 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
