The undersigned, John A. Brett, III as Attorney -in -Fact for Don J. Leeman and Patti P.
Leeman and John A. Brett, III, Trustee of the Don J. Leeman Revocable Trust, dated
7/1/98, and John A. Brett, III as, Trustees of the Don J. Leeman and Patti P. Leeman
Revocable Trust, hereinafter called "Assignor for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
are hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant bargain, sell, assign, convey, transfer, set over and
deliver unto the following, in proportions shown, to wit:

herein called the "Assignee ALL OF ASSIGNOR'S RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST in the
oil and gas leases, lands and interest therein, including any overriding royalty interest, as set out
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof (the "Leases all situated in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as the Leases cover the lands described on Exhibit "A together with the
rights incident thereto, and oil, gas and other hydrocarbons in and under or produced from or
attributable to the Leases and the lands covered thereby and ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND
INTEREST OF ASSIGNOR in the equipment and other personal property (the "Personal
Property located thereon, appurtenant thereto, or used or obtained in connection therewith.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the restrictions, exceptions, reservations, conditions,
limitations, overriding royalty interest and other matters, if any, to which the Leases are now
subject.
With respect to oil and gas leases from the United States of America, or from any other
governmental entity or authority, Assignor shall execute a sufficient number of separate
assignments on official forms as may be necessary to fulfill applicable statutory and regulatory
requirements. Although such assignments may be unqualified in form and may not specifically
contain all of the provisions hereof, said assignments shall be deemed to contain all of the
provisions hereof as though the same were set forth at length in each of such separate
assignments. All such assignments executed on official forms are executed for the purposes of
satisfying applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and none of such assignments shall
be construed as assigning interests in addition to, or different from, those conveyed herby.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Leases, lands, and interests therein, and the Personal
Property unto and for the use and benefit of the Assignee and its successors, legal representatives
and assigns forever.

"Leases" as used herein shall mean and include all rights thereunder or obtained in
connection therewith, all supplements, amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions or
ratifications thereof, all overriding royalty interests; all rights attributable to or that have arisen
as a consequence of any ownership or development of the Leases; and shall include all permits,
licenses, easements, orders, contracts, operating agreements, other unit agreements, options, or
rights used or useful in the ownership development and operation of the Leases.
"Personal Property as used herein shall mean property located on the Leases and
lands covered thereby, including, without limitations, all wells, well equipment, casing, tanks,
buildings, tubing, pumps, motors, fixtures, machinery and other equipment, pipelines, power
lines, telephone lines and all other improvements used or useful in the operation of the Leases;
and all crude oil, condensate or products in storage or pipelines on or after effective date, and all
files, records and data relating to the Leases.
IT IS THE INTENT of Assignor to grant, bargain and convey all its right, title and
interest in said Leases as such leases cover all Bureau Of Land Management properties in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to Assignee whether listed on Exhibit "A" or not. In the event
Assignor has failed to transfer to Assignee any particular lease, or right therein, now owned by
Assignor covering said lands, or within any oil and gas drilling and spacing unit covering lands
described on Exhibit "A then Assignor hereby assigns, transfers and conveys such additional
lease or leases or leasehold interest to Assignees, effective as provided herein, so that Assignee
shall own all of Assignor's interest in all oil and gas leases covering all Bureau Of Land
Management properties in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHERE, this instrument has been executed by the Assignor as of October
12, 2012.
