Unpaid Indebtedness: $547.16 This amount includes $500.00 in unpaid indebtedness for HOA dues plus interest that has accrued for non payment. It also includes the $8.00 filing fee paid at the time of filing this lien and the $8.00 fee that will be paid upon filing a release of lien.
