KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That G. Christopher Krell and Tammy Krell,
husband and wife does hereby certify and declare that a certain MORTGAGE bearing date March
31,2009 made and executed by John T. Spratlen as MORTGAGOR therein, to G. Christopher
Krell and Tammy Krell, husband and wife MORTGAGEE therein, and recorded April 1, 2009 in
Book 719 at Page 348 Receiving 946265 in the office of the Lincoln County Rercorder, State of
Wyoming, together with the debt thereby secured, is fully paid, satisfied and discharged.
Lot 5 of I3lock 1 of the Martin Subdivision to the Willow Addition of the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.
Together with the 1971 24X55 Manor Mobil Home; VIN# 24553NFKCD2135L located thereon.
The undersigned hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said Note and Mortgage, and
surrenders the same as cancelled.
