HomeMy WebLinkAbout967875SHERIFF'S DEED 00789 WHEREAS, Robert J. Kwallek and Kelly L. Kwallek, as mortgagors, mortgaged to First Interstate Bank, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 8, 2006, (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 9, 2006, in Book 622, at Page 685, as Document 919200. WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of First Interstate Bank, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 6, 2012 at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, First Interstate Bank "Successful Bidders made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $26,500.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidders on July 6, 2012, "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 9, 2012, in Book 789, at Page 188, as Document 965459; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to First Interstate Bank, whose address is P.O. Box 11095, Jackson, WY 83001, their successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: This document is being recorded by Alliance Tide and Escrow of Wyoming, LLC as a courtesy only Lot 645 "C" Lakeview Estates, according to that plat of record in the office of Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point N82 °00'E, 862 feet from the Northwest Corner of the SW1 /4 of the SE1 /4 of Section 29, T37N, R118W, 6 the point of beginning; thence S72 °35'E, 144.7 feet; thence S23 °45'W, 85 feet; thence S90 °00'W, 142 feet; thence N16 °20'E, 125 feet to the point of beginning. with an address of 146 Trail Drive, Alpine, Wyoming 83128.
