Sollars and Monica L. Sollars, husband and wife, of 2195 N. 2nd Street, Lander, Fremont County, Wyoming 82520, Grantors, for Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims all of their right, title and interest to Sollars Properties, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, of 277 Lincoln Street, Lander, Fremont County, Wyoming 82520, in the following- described real estate, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to- wit: Part of Lots 14 and 15 of Block 5 of the Fairview Addition of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 15 of said Block 5 and running thence Easterly along the Northerly boundary line of said Lots 15 and 14, a distance of 66 feet 8 inches; thence Westerly, at right angles a distance of 130 feet to the Westerly boundary line of said Lot 14; thence Northerly along the Westerly boundary line of said Lots 14 and 15 to the point of beginning. Together with all buildings and improvements located thereon or appurtenant thereto and all rights, privileges, hereditaments and tenements thereunto appertaining or belonging.
