Deed made as of the 5th day of November, 2012, between Shelly W. Jensen, n/k/a Shelly
Jensen Lancaster, Personal Representative of the Estate of Alan R. Jensen, deceased (the
"Decedant herein referred to as Personal Representative, and Shelly Jensen Lancaster, herein
referred to as Grantee.
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of November, 2012, the Personal Representative filed the
Personal Representative's Final Report, Accounting, and Petition for Final Distribution; and
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 2012, the Third Judicial District Court in and for
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, entered its Order Approving Final Report and Accounting,
and Decree of Final Distribution (the "Order and Decree"), directing a conveyance of the decedent's
interest in certain real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to be executed to the Grantee, a
copy of which Decree is being recorded contemporaneously in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and which Decree is now on file and of
record in the said Court, and which Decree is hereby referred to and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Personal Representative, pursuant to the Order and Decree, hereby
conveys to Grantee, all the right, title and interest of the Decedant and the Estate of the Deceedant, in
and to that certain real property more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of said Section 32, said point being 822.54
feet West from the South 1/4 corner of said Section 32;
thence West 492.53 feet;
thence N 0 °09'27" W, 330.001 feet;
thence East 493.44 feet;
thence South 330 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO
A portion of the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 32, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING on the South boundary line of said Section 32 at a point 330.00 feet,
West from the South I/4 corner of Section 32, said point being the Southwest corner
of the Smoot cemetery tract and running thence West, along section line, 492.52 feet
to a second iron pipe survey marker;
thence N 1 °01'24" W, 330.00 feet;
thence East, 493.1 feet to an iron pipe survey marker monurnenting the Northwest
corner of the Smoot cemetery tract;
thence S 0 °49'24" E, 330.00 feet to the point of beginning
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all the above granted property, and every part thereof, to
Grantee forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Personal Representative has executed this Deed as of the day
and year first above written.
