Gary M. Despain and Shirley S. Despain, husband and wife, mortgagors, to secure the
payment of Eleven Thousand One Hundred Twenty and no /100 Dollars ($11,120.00) do
hereby mortgage to Earnest G. Gray, Jr. and Judy A. Gray, husband and wife, of 172
Rainbow Drive #7258, Livingston, TX 77399, mortgagees, the following described real estate,
situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 591 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming
as described on the official plat filed on August 10, 2000 as instrument
No. 867445 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk
The mortgagor agrees to pay the indebtedness hereby secured.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum hereby secured, when the same is
due and payable, default will be cured as per a promissory note signed by both the mortgagors
this date.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of said
state.
