Pursuant to the provisions of W.S. 29 -1 -312 relating to lien statements, the
undersigned hereby files this lien statement and swears as follows:

2. The amount claimed to be due and owing: $4220.41 consisting of
Homeowner's Association Dues as more fully described below in #4, plus pre-
judgment interest at a rate of 18 and attorneys' fees and costs incurred by lien
claimant in the collection of this amount.
3. The names and addresses of the persons against whose property the lien is
filed include:

Association Dues provided by the lien claimant:
The amounts due and owing from nineteen months of unpaid monthly Afton
Airpark Homeowner's Association Dues in addition to fines, fees and interest are
set forth in the account statement attached hereto as Exhibit "A (References in
parentheses are to the Restated And Clarified Declaration Of Covenants,
Conditions And Restrictions And Easements For Afton Airpark recorded in the
Lincoln County Clerk's Office)

5. The name of the persons whom the lien claimant asserts is /are obligated to
pay the debt secured by the lien:
Royal Star, LLC and DC9, LLC,
and
Eldon Corry and Randy Darcy, as individuals.
6. The Restated And Clarified Declaration Of Covenants, Conditions And
Restrictions And Easements For Afton Airpark provides for a lien for unpaid
dues:
HOA 's RIGHTS OF ASSESSMENTS /LIENS.
7.1 Creation of the Lien and Personal Obligation of
Assessments. The owner of any Lot by acceptance of a deed therefor, whether or
not it shall be so expressed in such deed, is deemed to covenant and agree to pay to
the HOA: (1) annual assessments or charges, and (2) special assessments for capital
improvements, such assessments to be established and collected as hereinafter
provided. The annual and special assessments, together with interest, costs and
reasonable attorneys' fees for collection, shall be a charge on and continuing lien
upon the Lot against which each such assessment is made. Each such assessment,
together with interest, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, shall also be the
personal obligation of the person who was the Owner of such Lot at the time when
the assessment fell due. Annual assessments may include reasonable reserves as the
HOA may deem necessary, for the future repair, maintenance or improvement of the
Common Areas. All assessments shall be imposed equally against all Lots within the
Subdivision and those that may in the future be subject to liens of the HOA.
7. The legal description of the real property where the lien claimant assessed
monthly dues:
Lot 45 of the Afton Airpark Addition. 0.63 acres described more fully in Deed
Book 710 Page 431, with an incomplete pole barn hangar.

8. Monthly dues are assessed to the property owner in the amount of $100.
The Restated And Clarified Afton Airpark Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions And Easements, is recorded in Deed Book 594 Page 521
located at the following address:
