County, Utah, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, QUIT CLAIM
WITHOUT WARRANTY to Dale Welker Draney, a married man, 3960 Willow Court SW
Rochester, MN 55902, any and all interest in property in Lincoln County Wyoming described in
Exhibit A attached, and hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of homestead
exemption laws of t State of Wyoming.
