and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to GARY O.
SHAW and INGRID B. SHAW, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, P.O.
Box 1565, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, that property located in Lincoln County Wyoming, more
particularly described in Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein, and hereby waives and
releases all rights under, and by virtue of, homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
Grantor excepts from his warranties matters of record and the Johnson Ditch prescriptive
easement.
