County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing date the 15 day of
May 2008, A.D. made and executed by Western Wyoming Investments LLC, A Wyoming Limited Liability
Company, as mortgagor to 1" Bank, Division of Glacier Bank, AKA 1" Bank as mortgagee, conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $265,020.67, as therein stated, which mortgage was
recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on the 27 Day of May 2008, in Book 695 of Mortgages, at page 406 AND certain Modification of Mortgage
executed by Western Wyoming Investments LLC, Raymond Bergstrom, Robert Wagner, Cynthia Bergstrom and
Christine Wagner as mortgagor to 1 Bank, division of Glacier Bank, AKA 1 Bank as mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein and dated September 20, 2010, and recorded in Book 754 of Mortgages on Page 247 in
the office of the county Recorder of Lincoln County Recorder of Lincoln County, state of Wyoming on
September23, 2010 and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
LOT TWENTY -ONE (21) OF SNAKE RIVER JUNCTION SECOND FILING RECORDED
AUGUST 29, 2007 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 932576 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in
consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises
thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the 1" Bank, Division of Glacier Bank has caused these Presents to be signed
by its Branch President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 16 day of November, A.D. 2012.
