I am familiar with the documents in the Warranty Deed respecting the following described real property: See attached exhibit "A" Alliance Title and Escrow of Wyoming, LLC recorded a Warranty Deed, on November 13, 2012 as instrument no. 967920 in Book 798 page 75 3. The legal description contained the incorrect block of 18 of Lincoln Heights 4 Subdivision 4. This affidavit is being filed to correct the block to block 10 of Lincoln Heights 4 Subdivision, in the above reference document.
