Davis, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Envision Lending Group, Inc., as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated September 15, 2006 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 19, 2006, at Reception No. 922603 in Book 634 at Page 211. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP Assignment dated: June 25, 2010 Assignment recorded: July 1, 2010 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 954219 in Book 750 at Page 87 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on August 24, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $215,853.21, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on August 24, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August 24, 2010, at Reception No. 955094 in Book 752 at Page 547.; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated December 21, 2010 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyomin on �,�,a�d', 2012 at Reception No. 9 in Book 99 at Page .aZ WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And Assigns whose address is c/o Michaelson, Connor, Boul, 4400 Will Rogers Parkway, Ste 300, Oklahoma City, OK 73108, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: RECEIVED 11/28/2012 at 11:11 AM RECEIVING 968198 BOOK: 799 PAGE: 231 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, IERER, WY ShDeed Sheriff's Deed Davis 10 -10034 Page 1 of 2 0023.
