KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Robert Ryan Luthi, Personal
Representative of the Estate of Genell Luthi, Probate 2012- 36 -DC, of 1096o SE
225th Street, Kent, WA 98031, hereinafter called "Grantor does hereby grant, bargain,
sell, convey, transfer, assign and deliver unto Randall B. Luthi, single man, of 1501
Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202, called Grantee, all of the estate's right, title and
interest in the real property, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
That part of GLO Lot 1 and that part of the NW1 /4NE1/4 of Section 9, T35N R119W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County in Book 348 of Photostatic Records on page 239 and in Book 565 of
Photostatic Records on pages 189 and 529, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said GLO Lot 1;
thence S89 °13'11 "E. 604.68 feet, along the south line of said GLO Lot 1, to the southeast
corner of said GLO Lot 1;
thence S89 °13'29 "E, 54.28 feet, along the south line of said NW1 /4NE1/4, to the
southeast point of said tract of record in Book 565;
thence Noo °12'48 "W, 448.4o feet, along the east line of said tract, to a point;
thence N89 °13'15 "W, 293.18 feet, to a point on a west line of said tract;
thence Noo °38'04 "W, 343. feet, along said west line, to a point;
thence S89 °21'56 "W, 363.18 feet, to a spike on the west line of said Section 9;
thence Soo °12'40 "E, 782.54 feet, along said west line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
EXCEPTING therefrom that parcel of land conveyed to the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming and described in that Quitclaim Deed of record in said Office in Book 2 of
Quitclaim Deeds on page 331, being the west two (2) rods (33.0o feet) of the above
described tract
Together with all buildings, improvements and all appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations and rights -of
ways of sight and /or record.
