other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Blane A. Woodfin and Julie Cofer
Woodfin, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is
Post Office Box 9233, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to -wit:
Lot 43 of Double L Ranch Phase IV, a subdivision recorded September 10,
2012 at Document No. 966713, in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
