Wyoming.
REX AVON RICH and LUANE RICH, husband and wife, grantors of the
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the REX AND LUANE
RICH FAMILY TRUST, dated December 6' REX AVON RICH and LUANE
RICH, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following
described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to -wit:
of the Northeast
of Section Twenty
(32) North, Range
Lincoln County,
Excepting and reserving. therefrom unto each of
the Grantors a lifetime estate in and to the
following described tract of' land:
BEGINNING at the Southeast Corner of the South
Half of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter
(S 1/2 N 1/2 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -six (26),
Township Thirty -two (32) North, Range 119 West of
the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
running thence West along the South boundary line
of the said South Half of the North Half of the
Northeast Quarter (S 1/2 N 1/2 NE 1/4) 16 rods,
thence North 10 rods, thence East 10 rods, more
or less, to the East boundary line of the said
South Half of the North Half of the Northeast
Quarter (S 1/2 N 1/2 NE 1/4), thence South along
the said East boundary line 10 rods, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of
record or in use.
