mortgaged to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated January 29, 2010 (the "Mortgage and duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 3, 2010, at
Reception No. 951963 in Book 741 at Page 696.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Bank of
America, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, acting
under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and
did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 3, 2012, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at
925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC
Home Loans Servicing, LP "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the
hereinafter described real property in the sum of $170,000.00, and the said real
property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 3, 2012 "Sale
Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July
3, 2012, at Reception No. 965380 in Book 788 at Page 798.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home Loan
Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of
Certificate of Sale dated July 10, 2012 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described
real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has
now expired;

NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I,
Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do
hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE
CORPORATION, whose address is 5000 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010, its
successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real
property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
LOT 101 OF STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 18, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL
PLAT FILED ON MAY 3, 1979 AS INSTRUMENT NO.
523540 OF THE RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY
CLERK.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all
improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
to FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, its successors and assigns
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, t e undersigned has caused this Sheriff's Deed
to be executed and delivered on the day of 2012.
