The BANK OF JACKSON HOLE hereby releases any and all right, title and interest it might have in and to the Property pursuant to the Amended Agreement. Box 40, Jackson, WY 83001 "Grantor and Bank of Jackson Hole, of P.O. Box 7000, Jackson, WY 83002 ("Bank"). 1. Correction. Cloudveil and BOJH both recognize and agree to correct the real property described in the Exhibit A to the original Memorandum to EXCLUDE the following parcels which were sold prior to the creation of the Memorandum. These parcels are described as property located in Township 25 North, Range 117 West in the 6 P.M. located in Lincoln County, Wyoming. The specific parcels within this Township and Range are SW1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 8 and the W1 /2NW1 /4 and the NW1 /4SW1 /4 of Section 17.
