Lloyd Dorsey and Michele W. Dorsey, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
GRANTORS, of 1235 Hereford Dr., Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming 83001, for and in
consideration of ten dollars ($10) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, convey and warrant to Lloyd J. Dorsey and Michele W. Dorsey,
Trustees of the Dorsey Revocable Trust under agreement dated December 5, 2012, as amended,
GRANTEES, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
Lot 33 of Southbrook Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to
that plat filed September 5, 1990 as Plat Nos. 335 -1 and 335 -2 in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, rights and rights -of -way of sight and /or record.
and the said GRANTORS hereby covenant with the said GRANTEES that GRANTORS are lawfully
seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and GRANTORS warrant the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations,
easements and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
