without representation or warranty, to BRAD M. and CRISTINE R. DRANEY, 765 North 300
West, P.O. Box 147, Auburn, WY 83111, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as tenants by the
entireties, Grantees, for TEN DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration, the
following property in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
All of Block 4, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4; and Block 5, Lots 1 and 2, of the Auburn Townsite of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County at Plat No. 110.
