SUSAN MARIE FLEISCHMAN, a single person, Grantor, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to SUSAN M. FLEISCHMAN, as Trustee of the
SUSAN M. FLEISCHMAN REVOCABLE TRUST dated December 10, 2012, Grantee, whose
address is P.O. Box 1387, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to -wit:
The West Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 21
North, Range 117 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
ALSO
The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12 of the resurvey of
Township 21 North, Range 117 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Warranty Deed recorded October 13,
2005 in Book 601PR on page 133 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land described in Contract for Deed recorded May 24, 2010
in Book 747PR on page 636 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
