QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Vance Welch and Amanda Welch,
a.k.a. Vance S. Welch and Amanda Ellen Welch, husband and wife, of P.O. Box 934, Afton
Wyoming 83110, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the Vance and Amanda Welch Family
Trust, dated December 10, 2012, Vance Welch and Amanda Welch, Trustees, Grantees, whose
address is P.O. Box 934, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1
That part of Section 19, T32N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled "Scott L. Carlisle
and Cherie Lynn Carlisle, Tract A-1" dated April 10, 1997.
Parcel 2
That property as more fully described on Exhibit `B a copy of which is attached
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Parcel 3
Lot 1 of Mount Baldy Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof filed June 18, 2003 as Instrument No. 890908.
Parcel 4
Lot 4 of the Valli -Vu Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the plat
thereof and recorded on the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH an undivided 1 /6th interest in the Valli -Vu Subdivision water
system and water well which is located in the far easterly portion of the Subdivision
as shown on the official plat filed with the Lincoln County Clerk on April 28, 1980.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and
rights -of way of sight or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and warrant
that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 10` day of December, 2012,
that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all
powers set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
